Licensing Policy

This page explains, in plain language, what our free licence covers. It sits alongside our Terms & Conditions and is written to answer the question teachers and parents actually ask: can I use this?

Yes, you may

• Print any of our PDFs at home, in a classroom, in a library or in a clinic.
• Print class sets and hand them out to children.
• Include a printed sheet in a party bag, a rainy-day pack or a holiday club folder.
• Send the link to this site to another parent, teacher or colleague.
• Show the printables on a whiteboard or projector while teaching.

No, please do not

• Sell the PDFs, or a printed pack made from them, at any price.
• Upload the files to another site, a marketplace, a shared drive that is publicly listed, or a printables directory.
• Use the artwork in a product for sale, such as a t-shirt, mug, book or app.
• Edit a file to remove our website address and then redistribute it.
• Present the artwork as your own or claim any ownership of it.

Linking and sharing

Linking to us is always welcome and never needs permission. Please link to the page the printable lives on rather than hotlinking the PDF, so readers get the description, the related sheets and the most current version of the file.

Schools, libraries and non-profits

Schools, libraries, hospitals and non-profit groups can use everything here under this free licence with no paperwork and no fee. If your organisation needs a written confirmation for its records, email hello@kidscoloringprints.com and we will send one.

Anything else

If your use is not clearly covered above, ask us at hello@kidscoloringprints.com. A short email now is faster than an argument later, and the answer is usually yes.
